Very elegant and pleasant wine, with a fairly marked fruity taste. It is soft, with a slight astringency in the finish typical of Malbec. The aftertaste is also typically acidic, very persistent and pleasant.

Ruby red, with light purplish hues.

The modest and sweet aromas mainly recall red fruits, such as currants and strawberries, which are combined with the vinous note. The vegetable scents are much less intense and barely perceptible.

It is a wine for the whole meal that pairs very well with both first and second courses, as long as they are not fish-based. Excellent pairing with first courses seasoned with ragù or with not too heavy meats, such as carpaccio or beef steaks.
