In the mouth the wine, despite being dry, is soft with light woody scents in harmony with those perceived on the nose. A slight acidity is perceptible in the finish, as the aging in wood has drastically reduced the typical acidity of Raboso. The result is therefore a full, soft wine with a light woody note.

Intense purplish red, slightly tending towards brick.

The aging in barriques (225 liter oak barrels) means that the classic fruity aromas of Raboso, although still present, leave room for delicate and light hints of wood, distant from the overly invasive vanilla note.

Given its organoleptic characteristics, this wine goes perfectly with any type of meat, in particular with meat cooked on the grill and of a certain thickness, such as T-bone steak.
