Taste

A very pleasant wine, at first impact the soft taste is very intense due to the high sugar residue, which gives way, after swallowing, to the typical acidic taste of Raboso, which does not leave the unwanted sweet taste in the mouth. The aftertaste, very intense and persistent, is very pleasant and fruity.

Not too intense purplish red.

Fairly intense aroma of fresh red fruit, such as wild berries, morello cherries, strawberries, currants, etc.

Abbinamenti

It is a wine for the whole meal, which pairs very well with both light and more important dishes. Given its high acidity, it is excellent when paired with fatty meats and sausages, such as salami.
