Very fresh, savory wine, with a unique elegance due to the bubble. Being an extra dry sparkling wine, it is slightly sweet, with a good acidity that supports and makes the wine lively. The bubble, despite being a sparkling wine, is very persistent, but not at all invasive, and this characteristic makes it excellent both as an aperitif and as a dessert.

Not very intense straw yellow, brilliant with persistent foam.

Being a sparkling wine, it is a wine that lends itself to pairings with after-meal dishes or for the classic toast. Having a not too arrogant bubble, it is also suitable as an aperitif, especially for producing the famous spritz. A bit forced, but it can also be used as a whole meal.
