Seductive wine, intense taste reminiscent of red fruit. It is quite sweet, but this characteristic combines harmoniously with a high acidity which makes the wine very elegant. The wine is slightly lively, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aftertaste is very particular, initially it tends to be acidic, but a good sweet and fruity aftertaste remains in the finish.

Bright rosé.

Fresh fruity aromas, typical of raboso, reminiscent of red fruits and, in particular, cherries, strawberries and berries.

Grapes: Pure Raboso, from hand-harvested grapes.

Given the slight presence of the bubble and the high acidity, this wine lends itself very well as an aperitif, but also as a wine for the whole meal or in combination with sausages and fatty meats. Also excellent as a refreshing drink in summer if drunk cool.
